Boat Launches and public spaces — COMPLETE CLOSURES

• Assiginack: Boat launches and marinas are closed to the public
• Brockville: Henry St. boat ramp closed to the public
• Municipality of Brighton: Ontario St. and Bay St. boat launches are closed to the public.
• Fort Erie: Waterfront Park boat launch and Bertie Boating Club boat launch are closed
• Town of Goderich: Municipal boat launches are closed to the public
• Greater Napanee: Hay Bay south shore boat launch closed to the public
• Highland Glen: Conservation area boat launch closed due to damage unrelated to Covid 19
• City of Kingston: All boat launches are closed to the public
• City of Kawartha Lakes: Public boat launches are now closed
• Town of LaSalle: Public boat launches are now closed
• Loyalist Township: All municipal-owned boat launches are closed to the public
• Niagara Falls: Chippawa Park boat launch, and Queenstone docks/boat launch are closed to the public
• Orillia: Couchiching Beach Park boat launch and Collins Drive boat launch are closed to the public
• Owen Sound: Public boat launches are now closed
• Town of Parry Sound: Champaign Street boat launch, Waubuno Beach boat launch, Salt Dock boat launch, and Mill Lake boat launch are closed to the public.
• Port Colborne: Public launches, including Sugarloaf marina, are closed
• Port Dover: Marina closed to the public
• Port Rowan: Marina closed to the public
• Municipality of Saugeen Shores: All public boat launches are now closed. Recreational fishing from municipal lands, such as Fisherman’s Park and Denny’s Dam, is no longer permitted. 
• Township of Scugog: Public boat launches are now closed
• Township of Selwyn: Public boat launches are now closed
• Municipality of Trent Hills: Public boat launches are now closed
• City of Windsor: Public boat launches are now closed

Conservation Authority — COMPLETE CLOSURES

• Ausable Bayfield Conservation (Clinton, Bannockburn, Zurich, Morrison Dam, Crediton, Lucan, Parkhill, Rock Glen, and Ausable River CA, Mystery Falls, L-Lake, Sadler Tract, and Linfield properties, and MacNaughton – Morrison Trail). Note: This closure includes the 2020 annual fishing derby.
• Cataraqui Conservation (Little Cataraqui Creek CA, Lemoine Point, Gould Lake, Lyn Valley, Mac Johnson Wildlife Area, Marshlands, Parrott’s Bay)
• Credit Valley Conservation (Belfountain CA, Island Lake, Terra Cotta, Rattray Marsh, Meadowvale, Limehouse, Silver Creek, Upper Credit Conservation Area and the Cheltenham Badlands. The closures also include Ken Whillans Resource Management Area, the Elora Cataract Trailway and all other CVC-owned or operated properties and trails.
• Central Lake Ontario Conservation (Bowmanville/Westside Marshes, Long Sault, Crow’s Pass, Enniskillen, Purple Woods, Stephen’s Gulch)
• Ganaraska Conservation Authority (Ball’s Mills CA, Ganaraska Millenium, Rice Lake, Cobourg CA, Garden Hill, Richardson’s Lookout, Thurne Parks, Port Hope, Sylvan Glen)
• Grand River Conservation Authority (Administration Centre, Grand River Parks, nature centres, the Burford Tree Nursery, all GRCA owned and managed properties, facilities, trails and passive use conservation areas). Note: In place through April 13.

Conservation Authorities — RESTRICTED ACCESS

• Cataraqui Conservation (Little Cataraqui Creek CA, Lemoine Point, Gould Lake, Lyn Valley, Mac Johnson Wildlife Area, Marshlands, Parrott’s Bay). Note: Both the Cataraqui Conservation Administration Office and the Little Cataraqui Creek Outdoor Centre are closed while all trails remain open to the public.
• Catfish Creek Conservation (Springwater Forest, Archie Coultier CA, Yarmouth Natural Heritage Area, Calton Swamp Wetland, Hawkins Tract). Note: Administration Centre closed, trails still open.
• Conservation Sudbury (Lake Laurentian Conservation Area). Note: Offices are closed while trials remain open for passive use.
• Crowe Valley Conservation (Callaghan Rapids, Crowe Bridge CA, The Gut, McGeachie, Conley-Drinkwater Cottage Rental). Note: Office building closed to the public, conservation areas remain open.
• Essex Region Conservation (All buildings, including washroom facilities, are closed). Note: All trails remain open for passive use.
• Grey Sauble Conservation Authority (All GSCA facilities closed to the public; including all properties and trails, including membership pass holders as well as day-use visitors, until further notice. Note: No pedestrian or vehicular traffic will be permitted during this period of time.
• Otonabee Conservation (Warsaw Caves, Beavermead Campground, Selwyn Beach, Harold Town, Jackson Creek Trail, Miller Creek Wildlife Area, Imagine the Marsh, Gannon’s Narrows CA, Squirrel Creek, Birdsall Wildlife Area, Darling Wildlife Area). Note: Trails open to “passive use” while all buildings are now closed. Fishing and hunting allowances appear unaffected at present.
• Lakehead Region Conservation (Hurkett Cove CA, Cascades, Silver Harbour, Cedar Falls, Little Trout Bay, Hazelwood Lake, MacKenzie Point, Mission Island Marsh). Note: Conservation areas open to the public but not being maintained.
• Lower Thames Conservation (Longwoods Road CA / Ska-Nah Doht Village & Museum, Sharon Creek, Two Creeks, C.M. Wilson, Big O). Note: Facilities are closed while all trails remain open.
• Lower Trent Conservation (Bleasdell Boulder, Glen Miller, Goodrich-Loomis, Haldimand, King’s Mill, Proctor Park, Sager, Seymour, Trenton Greenbelt, Warkworth). Note:All buildings are closed while most trails remain open for passive use. Proctor Park Conservation Area is closed. Fishing allowances appear unaffected at this time but the sale of hunting permits for Murray Marsh Natural Habitat Area is currently delayed until further notice.
• Mattagami Region Conservation (Gillies Lake CA, Hersey Lake, White Waterfront, Mountjoy Historical Conservation Authority). Note: Buildings and amenities all closed while trails remain open for passive use.
• Mississippi Valley Conservation (Purdon CA, Mill of Kintail, Morris Island). Note: All buildings closed while trails remain open to the public.
• North-Bay Mattawa Conservation (Corbeil CA, Eau Claire Gorge, Elks Lodge 25 Family Park, Eva Wardlaw, Kate Pace Way, Kinsmen Trail, La Vase Portages, Laurentian Escarpment, Laurier Woods, Mattawa Island, Papineau Lake, Powassan Mountain, Shields McLaren, Shirley Skinner, JP Webster). Note: All facilities are closed, including washrooms, while most trails remain open to the public. Corbeil Conservation Area is now closed for reasons unrelated to Covid 19.
• Quinte Conservation (Beaver Meadow Wildlife Area, Deerock Lake CA, Depot Lakes, Flinton, Harry Smith, H.J. McFarland, H.R. Frink, Kingsford, Little Bluff, Macaulay Mountain, Massassauga Point, O’Hara Homestead and Conservation Area, Portland CA, Potter’s Creek, Price, Rutherford Stevens Lookout, Sheffield, Sidney, Vanderwater). Note: Buildings are closed while all trails remain open for passive use. Paid Parking has been removed until April 30, 2020.
• Raisin Region Conservation (Gray’s Creek Conservation Area, Cooper Marsh Conservation Area, Charlottenburgh Park). Note: Administration offices are closed while all trails remain open to the public.
• Rideau Valley Conservation (Baxter CA, Chapman Mills, Foley Mountain, Meisel Woods, Mill Pond, Motts Mills, Perth Wildlife Reserve, POrtland Bay, Richmond, Rideau Ferry, W.A. Taylor). Note: All buildings, washrooms, picnic tables, picnic areas, shelters, beaches benches and lookouts are closed while trails remain open. Events such as the F3T Fly Fishing Film tour are cancelled. Trails remain open for passive use.
• Sault-Ste. Marie Region Conservation (Hiawatha Highlands CA, Mark’s Bay, Shore Ridges, Gros Cap). Note: Administrative offices are closed while all trials remain open for passive use.
• St.Clair Conservation ( A.W. Campbell CA, Bridgeview, C. J. McEwen, Centennial, Park, Clark Wright, Coldstream, Crothers, Denning’s Memorial Grove, Esli Dodge, Highland Glen, Keith McLean, Lambton County Heritage Forest, Lorne C. Henderson, Marthaville Habitat Management Area, McKeough, Moore Habitat Management Area, Peers Wetland, Perch Creek Habitat Management Area, SCRCA Office, Shetland, St. Clair Region CA, Strathroy, Sydenham River Canoe Race Start, Warwick, Wawanosh). Note: All buildings and gates are closed, while trails remain open to the public. Hunting and fishing allowances appear unaffected at this time. Highland Glen boat launch closed.
• South Nation Conservation (Buildings are closed. Two Creek Forest, Oschmann Forest, Robert Graham, Warwick Forest, J. Henry Tweed, W. E. Burton, Russell Recreational Trail, and Nokomis Park, Reveler Conservation areas remain open, while Cass Bridge, High Falls, Jessup’s Falls, St. Albert, McIntosh Park, Camp Sheldrick are still closed).
• Toronto and Region Conservation (Albion Hills, Bathurst Glen Golf Course, Black Creek Pioneer Village, Heart Lake, Petticoat Creek). Note: All buildings, campgrounds, parks and parking lots closed; trails still open to the public. Fishing allowances appear unaffected at this time.
• Upper Thames River Conservation (Fanshawe CA, Pittock, Wildwood). Note: All buildings are closed while trails remain open to the public.
• Fanshawe Conservation Area (London) – please park in the parking lot in front of the Watershed Conservation Centre • Pittock Conservation Area (Woodstock) – visitors can walk in from the adjacent neighbourhood • Wildwood Conservation Area (St Marys) – please park in the parking lot next to the Visitors Centre”. Note: Hunting and fishing allowances appear unaffected at this time.

National Wildlife Areas — COMPLETE CLOSURES

Canada’s national wildlife areas and migratory bird sanctuaries are closed to the public until further notice to reduce the spread of COVID19.
